My Transformation Story

My transformation didn’t start with weight loss.

Yes, I lost 40 pounds — and I’ve kept it off for over 5 years.

But that wasn’t the real change.

I wanted to be around food without feeling controlled by it.

I wanted freedom from cravings.

I wanted to follow through with my meal plan — consistently, without shame.

For years, I tried to manage food with restriction and willpower. It never lasted.

Everything changed when I learned how to plan my meals, stick to my plan even when it wasn’t perfect, and how to feel my feelings instead of using food to escape.

This journey has been about freedom, integrity, and trusting God through the process.

About Me

Hi, I’m LeAndra!

For over 10 years, I was overeating, feeling overwhelmed, and starting over again and again. I cared deeply about my health and my faith, but I couldn’t understand why following through felt so hard.

What finally changed things wasn’t more willpower or another plan. I learned how to plan my meals, stick to my plan, and feel my feelings instead of escaping with food. I invited God into those everyday skills — and that’s when real change began.

I’ve since lost 40 pounds and kept it off for over 5 years — but the greatest change has been learning how to stop depending on food for comfort, relief, or distraction.

Now, I help others discover what’s been keeping them stuck and teach the same practical skills that helped me. There’s no one-size-fits-all answer, but together we can uncover your patterns and build a way forward that aligns with who God created you to be.
